Cozy Furnished Bedroom in Nice Home

Adorable, fully furnished bedroom in bright and inviting home approximately 25-45 minutes* from UT, downtown Austin, Texas Capitol and most Tech jobs. This is a house share with 2 other responsible adults. It would be perfect for an out-of town commuter, nurse, tech person, temporary business or anyone else who desires a quiet and restful place. Minimum 30 night stay. *Travel times will very depending upon traffic, rush hour, etc. The space The sunny bedroom has a comfy pillow-top full size bed, an armoire, bookcase, a chair and night stand. The closet is extra large and the window is big. Linens and towels are included. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home is in a nice suburban community just outside of the Austin City Limits. Guest access Let my home be your refuge. You will have access to the rest of the house except for the bedrooms belonging to others. Naturally, you will be able to cook and eat in the kitchen/dining area and relax and watch the big screen TV etc. in the spacious living room. On the first floor is a also a half bath and the laundry room which you may use. There is also a large backyard and covered patio which is great. During the summer the community pool is open. During your stay I prefer quests/roommates who will stay for a month or more. Most stay about 6 months as they relocate here to Austin. Those who sign a lease longer than 3 months get a further 5% discount beyond my already low price. The house has everything you could need: linens, towels, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, washer, dryer, etc. Other things to note Please check with maps that my location will be good for you. The house am on the east side of Austin just outside the city limits about 17 miles from the center of town. Depending on the traffic you can get there is 22-40 minutes. I have 2 small, adorable white Lhasa Apso dogs (Fluffy and Ginger) who like to greet people as they come in. Both of them are harmless and the younger one is super affectionate.
