It is warm and sunny with relaxing views to the sunset and Brynderwyn hills. The surf beach, estuary, golf course, shops and Mangawhai Activity Zone are all within a 5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk (30 minutes for surf beach). Would suit families or mature couples. Refer to 'Other things to note' for details on linen The space This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house now has a heat pump to keep things cozy in winter and cool in summer. Other things to note NB: The BBQ is only available from Labour Weekend to ANZAC Weekend LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided. Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
