The cabin is well insulated and stays fairly cool but can get warm on hot days. - Feel free to use the fire pit on the hill and burn downed wood from the forest floor. - 1 rack of cut firewood is provided (outside basement door). There will be a be a charge ($75.00 per ‘rack’ equivalent) for additional firewood used. - Cell phone connectivity is spotty at times. There are walkie-talkies (kitchen counter) for use on property. The best cell reception is at top field by bonfire. - There is a great bike trail and restaurants in Butler.
