The space The house consists of: Main Floor: 1) entrance, toilet with sink and technical room. 2) large open space with fireplace lounge, dining room and kitchen. This living room opens onto the south-facing terrace with a large fully openable bay window. 3) laundry room with 2 machines, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. First floor: 2 master suites each equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a separate bathroom for each suite with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower. Second floor: 1) 1 dormitory equipped with 4 single beds, a large wardrobe and a TV area with DVD. 2) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to push the 2 beds together for a double bed) or to put each single bed at the 2 ends of the bedroom with wardrobes and dresser. 3) 1 separate toilet. 4) 1 bathroom with large bathtub, double sink and large shower. South-facing terrace with table, chairs and awning.
