The 2nd floor is were everybody gets together in the huge living area or entertainment deck. Amazing views from most rooms and bedrooms but private at the same time. French doors replace walls on all 4 sites to enjoy the panoramic views. Comfort, luxury and style is the name of the house interior, where everything is provided for the guest to relax and enjoy the holiday. The top floor contain a bedroom, huge and stylish living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom,plus extra sleeping arrangements. It its a great space for yoga retreat, older kids or extra family. Entertainment provided; Xbox, play station one and two, board games, Foxtel, and internet. Please bring your own play station games Private steps from the house (80) lead to the street with the Boat House, beach and Ferry just across the street. The huge fully fenced entertaining deck overlooking the ocean is stunning. Fire place in the sitting room surrounded by comfy chairs and feather filled cushions, this is the place to enjoy the chilly evening. There is a big well appointed kitchen and a courtyard with BBQ dining and sitting area as well. Guest access Parking at Bay street with plenty of parking for cars (up to 6 cars), as well a car port for parking boats. Few flight of stairs (50 steps with landings) leads to first level of the house, you can enter trough this level. There is also two car parking at house level , the access is trough the driveway which is a bit steep and suitable best for 4WD and AWD and experienced drivers. Two cars can only be parked at house level. House is not suitable for people with disabilities or limited mobilises Other things to note All linen and towels are supplied.
