Stylish Desert Oasis with great ocean views

“Tabaiba” is a stylish and well presented villa on a large plot of 2,200m2 situated in the desert village of Tindaya in the popular northern municipality of La Oliva. Well maintained dirt roads from the house take you through a desert in a few minutes to Jarugo, Tebeto and Ezquinzo beaches. The Villa is elevated, totally private and offers splendid views of the ocean and mountain ranges. Pool heating available at €15 extra per day. Starlink WiFi. The space Ground floor : Large open plan living/ dining (eight people) and kitchen leading out onto very large outdoor covered terrace. This outdoor terrace faces south, is protected from the prevailing winds and has an eight seater dining table and casual seating area. Second master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) with private terrace overlooking gardens and pool and lovely views of the ocean. This guest suite has a kitchenette and can also be accessed separately via it's own front door. (ideal for teenagers). Two other guest rooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom with stand up shower. This bathroom is between both bedrooms in a passage separate from the rest of the house. First floor : Master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower). This bedroom has direct access to an enormous terrace (100m2) enjoying panoramic views in every direction. Sunsets are spectacular from the house as one sees the sun slipping over the horizon on the ocean !! Guest access Situated in the north of the island Tindaya has easy access to El Cotillo, Lajares and Corralejo. Other things to note Guests need to be aware that the pool area is not fenced, there are stairs inside the house and in the garden areas. This makes the house unsuitable for younger children especially those unable to swim or deal with steps. The gardens are planted with many species of cactuses and other prickly desert plants…. This also needs to be taken into account for younger children unaware of these dangers lurking in the gardens. The house is NOT "child friendly"... To guarantee total privacy there are NO CCTV video surveillance cameras anywhere on the property. Airconditioning - hot and cold - living room/ dining room open plan area, ground floor main bedroom and upstairs main bedroom are fitted with reverse cycle latest generation units.
