Welcome to our very special and unique "Blockhaus Scharbeutz" made of solid wooden planks on the beautiful Pönitzer See. New construction 2019! On about 80 m², you will find an individual room concept overlooking the 6m high first and a gallery with lake views. On foot you are in 1 minute at/in the water... Since we use our holiday home ourselves & have newly built and furnished it with a lot of love for detail, we are happy about guests who appreciate our home as much as we do. The space The house has three different sleeping possibilities + cot as well as a spacious dining and living area with an open kitchen. It is equipped with powerful branded devices. The modern bathroom is equipped with high-quality Grohe fittings and everything in our house is rounded off with lovingly selected interior. The many plants and the wooden walls are not only beautifully homely, but also create a particularly pleasant climate. On the ground floor there are two 11m² bedrooms with 160*200cm double beds. As a small highlight, you will find a sleeping place and a seating area on the 2nd floor to relax when the sun goes down over the lake in the evening. The gallery can be reached via an extendable staircase. In our opinion, it is a perfect place to spend a few quiet and relaxing days/weeks/months with 2-4 people. On cool nights, you can simply turn on the underfloor heating in the rooms as needed. Thanks to the large glass front to the west and the good climatic properties of a log house, this is usually not necessary even in autumn. The 60m² terrace with many different seating options always offers a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on the time of day. Whether you want to relax with the whole family at a large table or prefer to sit on a daybed in our spacious garden with the adjacent meadow and a lot of forest, you can decide every day on the new. The 550m² plot is hidden in the second row with its own driveway. Towards the south there is a meadow and behind it the forest, towards the west the lake shimmers only 60m away. Hopefully the holiday will be unforgettable. Guest access As long as you are our guest, you can use all areas! Other things to note - Internet (fiber-optic 200 mbps) has been around since the spring of 2022. LTE also works! - There is a carport on the property... - We have two bicycles (26) that you are welcome to use... - The tourist tax of up to €2,- per person over 18 & night is to be paid on site at the issuance of the spa card. It entitles you to free admission to the Baltic Sea beach, among other things.
