Description
Solar da Vila is a villa dating back to 1922 with a strong historical character. It was completely renovated, respecting its architectural layout, with care to provide it with current comfort standards, linking the old with the modern, both in terms of furniture and paintings, authored by the artist Filipe Patrício. The villa consists of two independent apartments: Solar da Vila I and II, with a garden, swimming pool, bicycles and private parking, located in the center of the city of Estarreja. The space Solar da Vila I (located on the 1st floor of the villa) has a common room with cable TV and a pleasant balcony. Three en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, and with direct access to the garden. It features Wi-Fi in all indoor and outdoor spaces. You can also use the washing machine, which is in the garden annex. The outdoor space has a large garden, a barbecue area, a seasonal saltwater pool, a toilet, a leisure area and 6 bicycles. Guest Capacity: 6 people. Solar da Vila has a private parking lot for 5 cars. Guests have access to a closed space to store bicycles or other equipment they bring. The outdoor space of Solar da Vila I is the only area shared with Solar da Vila II (ground floor of the villa). Guest access Guests are responsible for the entire Solar da Vila I. The owners will, however, have access to some storage areas and the pool and garden to carry out maintenance.
