Thank you. The space Apartment 2.3  „Baltic Sea paradise “ In the Margarete residence, a 65 sqm, very comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment awaits you in a quiet location. From the entrance area you enter the modern and very cozily equipped living area, which invites you to linger after a stimulating day with 2 couches, a flat-screen TV and an I-Pod/radio device. The harmoniously integrated kitchenette with a stove with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and various small inventory as well as a dining table with 4 chairs allow you to start your day comfortably with coffee/tea and rolls. The bakery is about a 5 minute walk away! The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed, closet and flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. The smaller bedroom has 2 separate beds (upholstered beds with comfort spring padding, 80x200 each). The beds are allergy-friendly. The apartment also has a modern shower room. A hairdryer is available. A beautiful balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs invites you to cozy hours in the sunshine. The entire non-smoking apartment is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, which can be individually adjusted in every room. So you can also vacation comfortably in Binz in the cool season.             Your garage parking space is located in the underground car park, from where you can easily get into the apartment by elevator. On the ground floor of the house is a sauna that you can use for a fee. Here you will also find a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. This apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 people.  We ask for your understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that we do not allow pets to be brought. The "Residenz Margarete" was newly built in 2011 in the center of Binz. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, the well-known Binz promenade and pier invite you to linger and stroll and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Around the residence, there are shops, restaurants and the beautiful spa-style villas in the immediate vicinity. In the basement of the house, there is a sauna, washing machine and dryer. There is also an open parking space for bicycles. Each apartment has an underground parking space.
