Lazy Days BNB -Relax and unwind-whole Guest suite

Bush, beach, river and birds-little things that make your stay at Lazy Days so relaxing. It's a quiet home with no children. Nestled amongst the bush, it's peaceful and comfy. With privacy assured, you have your own private entry, a QS bedroom, sitting room with brekky bar and a luxurious bathroom all to yourself. Only a few minutes to the river and the beach, or 5 mins to Moruya-the choice is yours how you spend your weekend. With brekky provided each day, all you need to do is relax & unwind. The space An entire guest suite to yourselves with private entry. Lazy Days is situated very close to both the river and the ocean, plus only 5 mins to town. We have wildlife around, especially native birds and kangaroos. Its very peaceful and quiet. Your part of our home, is private and secure so you can come and go as you please. There is a locked door between our home and your space but we have a door bell you can use if you need us. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home (Geoff is a professional cleaner) and like to provide you with little extras that make your stay more enjoyable. If you require a late checkout, please speak to your hosts - if it is possible they will be happy to oblige. Guest access There is a large outdoor area on the deck with a barbeque plus a smaller table and chairs which are more private near your entry, so you can sit out there for brekky in the morning sun. You have a large private bathroom with a luxurious deep bath, a separate sitting room with a sofa, tv, dvd player (lots of dvds to watch), books, games etc and also a brekky bar with small fridge. Outside there is a fire pit. We provide everything you need to enjoy some time amongst the bush, toasting marshmellows. You can also park your boat in the car park if you are going to be doing some fishing. (We have a neighbour who can give you lots of hints) The laundry is also available for your use, no extra charge. During your stay We live in the home so we are available most of the time to speak face to face. Otherwise we can be reached by phone. We are happy to interact with guests, or leave them to complete privacy- which ever the guest requires. Other things to note Entry to our driveway is down a short 25m dirt lane (Anchor Lane) which has recently been graded. It is a smooth road with limited loose gravel. Motorcycles and classic cars need not worry about driving on it. If you need undercover parking for your classic car or bike, please let us know. Parking space is allocated at the rear of the home. We have a pet cat, Sienna. She may come up to say hello if you are outside but as per usual with cats, she may choose not to! She isn't allowed access in the bed and breakfast area, to prevent guests with allergies being affected. We provide all of your breakfast provisions in your room so you can get brekky when it suits you. NB. for stays over 4 nights, we provide basic items such as milk, cereal, coffee/tea etc but ask you to look after your own needs for longer stays. As for noise, it is kept to a minimum where we can control it. There are some dogs in the area that occasionally bark, plus the early morning chorus of kookaburras, cockatoos and lorikeets may disturb your slumber. But we find most guests sleep through it!
