The house retains its antique character with convenient modern upgrades and local art that gives it just the right amount of Bisbee funk. Downstairs includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, den/third bedroom and half-bath. Upstairs has the master bedroom, second bedroom and full bath with tub/shower. The kitchen is the place where people like to congregate. The butcher block central island invites dining and conversation while the cooks take advantage of the fully-appointed kitchen. Or fire up the gas grill, just steps out the kitchen door. Just off the kitchen is the dining room for more formal dining. Sit at the table and view the famous B on Chihuahua Hill. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the dining room. From the dining room, step into the living room. Watch the birds splashing in the fountain outside, or enjoy the 65-inch 4K TV complete with cable and streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu.) The living room has an American Leather Comfort Sleeper which converts into a queen bed. Across the hallway from the living room is the den/third bedroom. There is plenty of storage in the walk in closet and antique chest of drawers. The bedrooms windows offer sweeping views of old Bisbee and the local mountains. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area with reading chairs. Lots of storage is available in the walk in closet and dresser. From the upstairs hallway, step onto the gallery to take in views of the local mountains and the sights and sounds of Old Bisbee. The spacious front yard offers a tree shaded table to relax, dine, or enjoy your morning coffee. At night, the patio lights strung through the mature trees create a twinkling oasis. There is a washer and dryer in a separate structure attached to the garage. Garages are rare in Old Bisbee. The garage is suitable for small to mid-sized cars. Larger cars, trucks, and SUVs fit in the garage with the door open. The entire property is fenced, so you can feel safe letting your children or pets roam free to enjoy the yard. Brewery Gulch and Main Street are just couple blocks away, so when its time to hit the town, you have less than a 5 minute walk.
