The main living space is at the top level which is level entry. This top level contains the living room, kitchen, bathroom, pool table, balcony with patio furniture. The first level down (middle level) contains the three bedrooms and 2 baths. The second level down (bottom level) contains the game room and utility room with washer and dryer.
