Welcome to your Bali escape. Private, well appointed, designer perfection located right next door to the River House. The space CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: A construction project next door will continue until June 2026, with work scheduled strictly between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. During this time, we expect significant noise disruption. For this reason, we’ve adjusted our rates with a 30% discount, allowing you to enjoy an incredible stay at an even better value. POOL DECKING MAINTENANCE: At this time, the outdoor decking by the pool area needs repair, and our team is replacing the damaged area. It is safe and clean, but not as we would like to present it to our guests. We appreciate your understanding. Please see the photos of the Outdoor Pool Decking for further details. VILLA DETAILS: Bedroom: Master bedroom 1 x king bed located on the second floor Bathroom: 1 x bathroom with shower, hot water, double vanity, large mirror with guest toiletries, lush towels, and hair dryer Kitchen: Functional kitchen on the ground level Entertainment: Smart TV, streaming services, Netflix Connectivity: Free access to WiFi is available in the villa BREAKFAST: The River Studio booking does not include breakfast. We recommend ordering Breakfast or Brunch from the nearby cafe, Honey Kitchen. Our staff can place your order and deliver it to you in the villa so you can relax. This is at an additional charge as per the menu, request the menu from our staff on arrival. Guest access Our villa manager and staff will be waiting to welcome you to the villa. On arrival at the gate, simply let our staff know you have arrived either by phone or by ringing the bell on the intercom. Guests are welcome to request an early arrival; otherwise, check-in is from 2:00 p.m. daily. Please note that we can not provide on-site car parking and have room for 1-2 scooters at the villa's entrance. Car parking is available on the main street, or we can arrange secure parking for an additional fee close to the villa. The security guard is on-site each night from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and we offer guests added peace of mind with 24-hour CCTV. Other things to note Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Please respect the arrival and departure times outlined in your stay terms. The River House Studio is not pet-friendly or secure, so please advise management if you have questions about pets before booking. Breakfast is not included in your stay at the River Studio.
