The space The property is tucked away on a quiet street, yet only a short stroll to Auburn’s main street. Enjoy a meal or drink at the recently renovated Rising Sun Hotel, relax at Velvet & Willow Café & Cellar Door, or catch a performance at the Hats Auburn Courthouse Cultural Centre. For outdoor lovers, the famous Riesling Trail is just around the corner. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house and gardens. The property is fenced with a 2 metre high fence at the rear and a 1 metre picket fence at the front. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Other things to note Please be mindful of water usage during your stay, as the property relies on tank water. It is important to note that the property has an envirocycle system in place for managing waste, so only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Please avoid putting food down the sink drains, as this can cause the system to clog, triggering an alarm. If used properly, the system works very well. .
