There's a guest house on the property, it is completely a separate unit. Street Work at Redwood Avenue notification: There will be ongoing construction in the area conducted by the City inline to Redwood Avenue Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Improvement Project. The project is set to begin on July 10th, 2023, and is expected to be substantially completed by November 2023. The regular working hours will be between the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Access in the area may be temporarily delayed or closed during construction but access to the property will be maintained at all times. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, request a passcode if you need to use laundry in the garage.The laundry area is a shared area. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 plus taxes per person, per night.
