Beautiful and charming touristic villa renovated in 2015, with aircon in the bedrooms. Located in a very quiet and pleasant complex, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and all the amenities and restaurants. The ideal place to leave your worries behind, and just relax. It is located in a very quiet complex and very close to the wonderful beach of Solana Matorral urbanization. The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a large living room with high ceilings with a comfortable sofa and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you might need, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It has two bathrooms, both complete with shower. It also has a large sunny terrace in which you can enjoy the wonderful weather of Fuerteventura all year round, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The complex has a swimming pool that our customers can enjoy whenever they want. The villais equipped with everything you might need during your stay, also linen and towels. Guest access -Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. However, for less than 7 nights, 70 € will be charged for the final cleaning. For extra cleaning during your stay, this is priced at 12 € per hour. -Internet wi-fi is offered for free as a courtesy to our guests. Please be advised that the telephonic infraestructure in the area is far from good, so it is possible that some interruptions in the service may occur. -If you book with us, and if you wish, we would send you at your email (only for certain accounts) an invitation to a special virtual map made by us, with a lot of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat and what to do and visit in the south of the island. Other things to note As a general rule you can check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out before 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. However, you may check-in before 16:00 in the apartment (free of charge) if there are not any other departures from other guests the same day (ask us about availability ). Please be advised that check-ins between 20:00 and 24:00, regardless of the reason (a delayed flight , etc.), have an extra charge of 20 € in cash paid at your arrival. Beyond 24:00 it would have an extra charge of 50€ in cash. Regarding the check-out, it is also possible to stay longer than 12:00 (noon), free of charge, if there are no other guests arriving that day or the next day. Please, ask us in this regard to confirm that it is possible for you to stay later than 12:00.
