NOTICE: Bookings arriving after 22hs NOT accepted. Fantastic apartment across the Postiguet beach with incredible views. Third floor with elevator. 1 bedroom, capacity for 3 people, with two 90x1.90m beds and a sofa-bed in the living room, Italian system (comfortable memory foam mattress of 1.35m). Built-in wardrobe in the room, very quiet, fresh and silent. Wonderful living room with sea views, furnished with teak table and chairs + 2 recliners chairs in front of the window/balcony The space Located on the 3rd floor in a modern quiet building (with an elevator) this is a fantastic beach front apartment that offers incredible views of Postiguet Beach on the Mediterranean Sea. This 1 bedroom apartment (equipped with WiFi) sleeps 3, there are two single beds as well as a sizable wardrobe in the bedroom, and a double size Italian type sofa bed (with a comfy memory foam mattress) in the living room. The unit is continuously cool as a result of a constant gentle sea breeze. It has a great sun room/glassed in veranda furnished with a small teak table and chairs which will allow you to watch the sun rise while having your morning coffee, in the same area there are also 2 recliners chairs which will enable you to overlook both the beach and sea. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, a Melita coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs. In the living area is 32” flat screen TV. There is a ‘top’ loading washing machine in an adjoining area to the kitchen. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities such as a bath/shower, hairdryer, window to a patio. The location is perfect in every way. Not only is it within a stone’s throw from the beach which can be accessed by a pedestrian bridge but it is also within walking distance to many shops, pharmacies, museums, public transportation, restaurants and terraces as well as the rather quaint ‘old town’ area. Also nearby is the elevator to the impressive and historic Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Thank you) Guest access The whole apartment Remember you will not be staying in a hotel. The apartment is located within a building where people goes to work and get up early, study and need silence, or there may be patients who need quiet. Therefore, please respect the rules of coexistence and make as little noise as possible. From 22hs to 8 am in the morning, please keep as much silence as possible and, for example, do not use he washing machine and kindly turn down the TV sound. Thank you so much. Other things to note IMPORTANT: For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered touristic rental - Touristic Contract (In accordance with Dec. Law 9/2024, August 2 and Law 15/2018, June 7 of the GVA Consell). For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a Temporary rental - Temporary contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994 of November 24, LAU, Art 3 and Real Dc. 1312/2024, December 23). **************************************************** NOTICE: Sheets and towels will NOT be included for temporary contracts (over 11 nights). Guests can bring their own or could be provided on site under a supplement to confirm depending on the number of guests staying. NOT ADMITED. ****************************************************** During the warm days, and the windows open, the noise coming from the street might disturb a little. ***************************************************** IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The neighbors just below the apartment tell us they have a problem with the noise of our footsteps when we walk, especially barefoot. It seems that the ceiling is rumbling a lot due to an old construction problem with the building. They have asked us if we could please, as far as possible, walk with slippers and not barefoot while we are at home in order to muffle the noise.
