Family home with garden near Versailles

Warm, friendly and comfortable house. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The house is located in Villepreux on the Versailles plain. This is our main residence that we rent during school holidays and long weekends. So we have all our personal belongings as well as our children's toys. We have a cat who stays at home, her name is Poppy. She is very cuddly and nice. The space A small, quiet and green town, with all the local shops within walking distance. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. The center of town is 5 minutes walk. The 115 m² house can accommodate 2 to 8 people. An equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 toilets. 1 double bed and 3 single beds (the 3 single beds can be put together to make a double bed). At your disposal: BBQ, awning, table and garden furniture, as well as trampoline and ping pong table. Ideally located a few kilometers from the Palace of Versailles (15 minutes by car), you can also reach Paris quickly either by train (Montparnasse line in 35 minutes) or by car (Porte d'Auteuil 20 minutes by the A13). Check-in is after 4 p.m. For stays of less than 4 nights, linens are rented (bed and bath linens). This service entails an additional cost of €15 per person, which must be paid separately. Please let us know if you'd like to use this laundry service. Otherwise, you can bring your own sheets and towels. We have a female cat, Poppy, who stays at home. She's very nice and lives her life with her cat flap. Guest access The whole house and garden including Other things to note Poppy our cat stays at home but she is very discreet and nice, in the evening she sleeps in the living room so you have to close the doors at the bottom if you don't want to be disturbed at night. Linens are not included in the price for stays of less than 4 nights, you can rent linens for €15/person (to be paid directly). Otherwise, you can bring your own linen. The cleaning fee is not included in the price, so it is up to the tenants to do it after their stay.
