The space CROYDE LITTLE GEM Croyde Little Gem is a charming single-storey bungalow just minutes from the heart of Croyde village and a short stroll from its golden sandy beach. Tucked away at the end of a long driveway with space for three cars, the property sits slightly elevated among beautifully kept gardens. From the front terrace you can see the dunes and, on clear days, catch a glimpse of the sea. Inside, the atmosphere is bright, spacious and welcoming; the perfect coastal retreat for families or friends. LIVING AND DINING AREA The open-plan living and dining space is filled with light, with patio doors at both ends leading to the front terrace and the sunny conservatory. The lounge offers comfortable seating for up to eight guests arranged around an electric fire, perfect for cosy evenings after a day at the beach. Entertainment options include an HD Freeview TV with Netflix, a Blu-ray DVD player with Bluetooth, a Nintendo Wii with games, and a selection of books and board games. The dining area seats six guests, and two high chairs are available for families with little ones. CONSERVATORY A peaceful and sunlit retreat, the conservatory features full-height glass walls and roof, making it feel like part of the garden.
