In Drôme Provençale, close to the village of Cléon d'Andran, in a quiet, green setting, you have a comfortable accommodation, wifi, air-conditioned on both levels. Ground floor: bedroom with 180 cm bed, bathroom, toilet, living room overlooking private garden; Floor: bedroom bed 160 separable into 2x80, bathroom, toilet, mezzanine with bed 90; Outside: sheltered parking, petanque court, barbecue, 5 x 11 salt pool. Pets, guests, parties and events are not allowed Pool towels are not provided. The space - Cleaning Fee: €120 Only 1 linen kit is available for the stay. A washing machine is available for your use. - Security deposit: €800. - Baby bed, highchair, playpen, baby bath, potty and toilet booster available. - Bike rental. - Pétanque balls available. - Available in the cottage: ironing board and iron, hair dryer. - Outside: gas barbecue, clothes drying rack, deckchairs, table under gazebo, ping pong table, swing, motorcycle shelter. - with extra charge: fitness area/spa area/massage area. Guest access Swimming pool, pool house, petanque court and balls available, garden, parking, ping pong table, swing, bicycles and mountain bikes at your disposal for free, badminton set. with extra charge ( see annex to the contract) fitness; spa, sauna, massages. Other things to note - Outsiders ( not included in the contract) are not allowed at Mas des Acacias. - Our laundry is washed and ironed by a specialized company that respects the health standards in force. - The Mas des Acacias is a furnished accommodation classified by an approved organization designed to accommodate 4 to 5 people. Infants under two years old are not counted as an extra person. - The pool is heated if needed from May to September and has an access ramp for strollers. - The spaces with supplement ( spa/fitness and massages are exclusively reserved for the customers of Mas des Acacias and can be used with signature of a discharge relieving the owners' responsibility in case of accidents.
