Bright balcony apartment overlooking the Dome

Studio apartment of 30m² with bathroom, kitchenette, 12m² terrace with nice view of St. Peter's cathedral. Sat TV, air-conditioning, internet connection, parking inside our condo for the price of €10 per night, breakfast equipment available and if guests appreciate welcome breakfast offered on the first morning. 10 minutes walking distance to Vatican Saint Peter's Cathedral, 20 min to town-center, bus stop in front which crosses the whole center and going along the major sights. The space This vacation apartment comfortably accommodates two to three guests and consists of a spacious room featuring a cozy double bed. In the same area, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. The space is complemented by a dining table and a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed when needed. The bathroom is equipped with a combination bathtub and shower, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a splendid terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while admiring the view of St. Peter’s Basilica’s dome. Free Wi-Fi access is, of course, provided. Guest access The building is located in a safe residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. This part of Rome is outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), making it easily accessible by car. Right in front of the building is the Roma San Pietro train station, which offers a convenient and affordable connection to Fiumicino Airport via regional train (with one transfer at Trastevere). Bus 64 also departs from the station approximately every 10 minutes, passing through the city center and stopping near many main attractions such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Venezia (Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain), and ending at Termini Central Station. Please note that due to the proximity to Roma San Pietro station, passing trains and station announcements may be audible. With the windows closed, the noise is minimal, but we want to inform noise-sensitive guests in advance. The main entrance of the building is located within a fenced private property and is accessible via a steep private road, either on foot or by car. Parking spaces are available on the property and can be used upon request for €10 per day. The building has an elevator (elevator door 66cm large). The apartment is on the second floor of the building and can be accessed either via the staircase or by elevator. Other things to note Upon request, we can arrange an airport pick-up service. Prices will be provided at the time of booking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, with the door nearly closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
