It is part of a gated complex very close to town and has a single garage so you can leave the car behind and walk into town making it very handy for all the great events Taupo has to offer. The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sleeps 6 people and has a porta cot which you are welcome to use. The complex has a well fenced communal *pool and BBQ area. All in all, a great place for a getaway weekend with friends! Guest access A single garage is available for parking, there is additional car parks with in the complex to be shared and availability cannot be guaranteed. Trailers (including boats), camper-vans and caravans are strictly prohibited. Other things to note • This is shared accommodation as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable, for this reason there may be some personal belongings. • This property is part of a complex so body corporate rules apply and must be adhered too. • The three levels are connected by stairs so please be mindful that this apartment may not suit everyone. • Linen included with the clean fee. • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
