Prime location for our apartment located in the heart of the city, on the main square of Concarneau. Enjoy breathtaking views of the walled city, a true historical jewel, which you can admire without overlooking, as well as the marina and Les Halles. Our first tenants called this place "the place to be". Everything is within walking distance, with all amenities at your doorstep. The apartment, brand new, has been rented since August 2017. The space The apartment is bathed in light thanks to three large bay windows offering stunning views of the walled city and the port. The three bedrooms have new 160 king size bedding, made in Quimper. The modern kitchen is equipped with a high-end oven and induction hob, while the bathroom includes a washing machine and a large walk-in shower. If you love provincial city centers, this place is a great fit. A few steps away you will find the press, terrace cafés and the local market on Monday and Friday mornings, as well as the covered market every day. The beach is 5 minutes away, the pier for the Glénan Islands is one minute away, and buses to Pont-Aven, Brest and the SNCF train station are nearby. Everything is in walking distance. The completely renovated apartment is comfortable, sober, relaxing and bright. Paid private parking and bike rental (electric or classic) are available upon request, subject to availability. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Remember to text me your arrival time in advance so you don't have to wait... I can book a parking space for you to facilitate your arrival. You just have to ask me in advance because there's not always room. IT COSTS 10 EUROS PER 24 HOURS but is closed and very comfortable. (you are in the city center). It is located 80 M from the apartment. I can also offer bike rental subject to availability. (make your requests as soon as possible!)
