Set in a beautifully quiet pocket on Phillip Island, away from the noise of Cowes to allow you to enjoy the most magical sunsets. The safest swimming beach on the island, right in front of the house. Bella Views is your home away from home. With two living areas, the main one with Foxtel and each with a large flat screen TV. Bella Views is beachfront with the most amazing views all year round. During Winter whales have also been spotted right in front of the house. Relax and enjoy! The space Bella Views is a large home split over three levels. With two living areas, both with large flat screen TV's and the main lounge with Foxtel. There are two bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all cooking utensils, pots, plates and drinking glasses. Each room is spacious with its own wardrobe and hangers. We provide hair dryers in each bathroom and there is heating and cooling throughout. Guest access You will be renting the entire house - Bella Views is your home away from home with amazing views and and a beautifully quiet location. *****Note: Check in on public holidays is subject to owner approval. Check in or check out is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day. Other things to note Linen is not included in the cost (sheets, pillowcases and towels). All doonas, pillows and blankets are provided. Linen can be hired at an additional cost. No schoolies under any circumstances
