Located in a cul-de-sac our cabin is surrounded by trees, this is a great property if you want to feel secluded. Nestled in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest, within minutes of the Lake , our cabin sleeps 4, offering peace and quiet for mountain escape. A nature lover’s paradise, this Lake Arrowhead has something for everyone. We host only to small families or couples. We would love to share our cabin with you. It's a tri-level cabin that has huge balconies for your relaxation. The Cabin is not suitable for people with physical limitations (STAIRS). Our cozy cabin offers a comfortable living space in the Arrowhead Villas known for being the quietest area in the mountain. Our property is perfect for couples and small families to relax and unwind. We provide some necessary comforts of home during your stay here, from a large living room with a hearth fireplace, heating and in-unit laundry machines to wireless internet access and flat screen TVs. Main level - living room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Hearth wood burning fireplace- Please bring your firewood to enjoy in the winter. Vaulted ceilings with knotty pine wood. Large deck off the living room. Bottom level - Game room with a 50 inch smart TV, Foosball table. Bottom level deck to relax. Top Level- Loft with twin beds and bunk beds attached to a balcony. Our lower level has a game room for the kids ( or big kids too!) with a large screen smart TV ( bring your own games and hook up to usb). Play Foosball and have some drinks on its own deck. A propane BBQ is on mail level deck for your enjoyment of grilling. There is absolutely no parties allowed There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. You have the whole cabin to yourself to make memories Available washer and dryer if needed by guests Hair Dryer Coffee maker ( drip) Full Kitchen BBQ with gas propane provided. Fireplace ( please bring your firewood) I provide limited interaction with guests unless requested. I allow guests complete privacy. Information on the key will be emailed to you when an agreement is made. Our cabin is located in an area called the Arrowhead Villas. The Villas is an incredible location known for the quietness and privacy to relax and unwind. Lake Arrowhead Village has great restaurants, outlet shops, banking, beach, walking trail around the lake, and of course the Free Summer Series concerts that host fine bands. A spectacular Fire Works show at the lake is a huge plus for tourists on the 4th of July. The San Bernardino National Forest has lots of hike trails along the mountain, be sure to check out the waterfall at “Heart Rock”. Rent a boat for the day and spend your afternoon swimming in nearby Lake Gregory. Open to visitors on Saturdays, you can come close to a wide variety of endangered and indigenous animals at the Wildhaven Ranch. In the winter months, try your hand at cross-country skiing or hop on the highway to Snow Valley, located only 30 minutes away. The Village, offering a nice selection of dining, shopping and entertainment. Fall and summer is a great time to visit the mountains with hike trails, swimming, fishing and various events in the surrounding area. Our cabin is 2 minutes from Sky Park at Santa's Village open all year. Take the opportunity of viewing the waterfalls and wildflowers in the San Bernardino National Park. Summer is wonderful in Lake Arrowhead - the free summer concert series in the village, swimming and water sports, and hiking in the mountains -- there's something for everyone! Winter fun on the mountain is easy. Tubing and Skiing at Snow Valley is only 12 miles away! Lake Arrowhead Village is less than 5 minutes away Snow Valley / Big Bear is up the hill a few miles away Sky Park at Santa's Village is 2 minutes away Towels and sheets are supplied and washed by our housekeeper Washer and dryer available Propane and BBQ supplied - renter must clean BBQ Please bring your own firewood Additional information will be emailed to you We have exterior only cameras. We also have a noise monitor that is required by the city of San Bernardino County Short Term Rental Enforcement Program installed in our property.
