Upstairs Queen bedroom has a balcony with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a good book. Guest badge fees $55/week per person (*2024 rates) required for everyone ages 4+. Includes access to private beaches, pools, beach tram, fitness center & more. NOTE: Badges are valid Saturday-Saturday only. 2 parking permits included (requires minimum of 3 badges purchased. Less than 3 badges will only be issued one permit). No pets (including service pets, due to owner severe allergies). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, plus the private Sea Colony beach, beach trams, pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, play areas, community grills, and weekly activities. Guests must adhere to Sea Colony rules published on the Sea Colony website. All guests 4+ must have a Sea Colony guest badge.
