In the heart of the valley of Ossau, completely renovated house of 200 m² with garden of 1000 m², without opposite facing south, very quiet. 30 m² terrace with stunning views of the Pyrenees mountain range (Gourette, Pic du Ger, Pan mountain...). Located in the very lively village of Laruns (stage of the Tour de France). Gourette ski resorts (14 km), Artouste (18 km) and the Spanish border Col du Pourtalet (29 km). The space 1st floor (100 m²): living space of 60 m², fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room (chromecast TV, Netflix, Amazone Prime, Canal+ and Bonzini Foosball). Bedroom 1 : 11 m² (bed 160/200), bedroom 2 : 9 m² (bed 140/190). Shower room and separate toilet. Terrace equipped with a banne blind (6m x 3.5m), a garden furniture (10 seats) and a plancha (possibility to put the child safety barrier). 2nd floor: 14m² spacious bedroom (160/200 bed) with mountain view, a dormitory equipped with 4 beds (80/190). Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Beautiful rest area for reading, siesta (TV screen available). Ground floor: garage with equipped laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing board) + an additional fridge + games/relaxation area: table tennis and dart games. All bedrooms have comfortable hotel bedding, bed linen and towels + Wifi access.
