Set in a quiet neighborhood, Recently Renovated, the 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms house is located on the bluff, about 100 feet above sea level and offer vast water views from every room. The space 4 Bedrooms: Sleeps 8 Adults (If requested, additional blown-up mattress provided to accommodate 2 more adults and a Pack & Play to accommodate a baby). 2 Bathrooms (one on each level). 2 Living rooms. Lower Level opens to a wooden deck and a yard facing the sea and includes: Large Living room with Flat Screen Smart TV & 3-in-1 table including Air-Hockey, Ping-Pong and Pool table, a Fireplace which faces the Master bedroom. 2 Bedrooms, each w/ a Queen size Bed. 1 Full bathroom Laundry & Utility room w/ Washer & Dryer Machines Upper Level (entry level) opens to an exterior wrap around deck which is facing the sea and includes: Living room w/ a Fireplace. Dining Area Kitchen with island. 1 Full bathroom Guest room 1 w/ a Queen Size Bed + Twin Sofa Bed + Trundle Bed Guest room 2 w/ a Queen Size Bed + mattress under bed. Swing set for kids at front yard Walk-down to a private beach 2-3 min. walking distance. The beach in our town, along the north shore of long island, is one of the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. It is stretched for miles with no interruptions - true heaven for nature, sea life and birds. Views and scenery is beautiful around the entire year. Fishing, Kayaking & Sailing (To rent Kayaks and small sailing boats - ask for details) Surfing, Swimming, bird watching, fly your kites....and much more. Watch the seals, cook, watch movies and warm up by the fireplace in the winter....or relax with a good book, play Ping-Pong / Air Hockey / Pool. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Minutes from Long Island Wineries, Golf Courses, Farms, Water Park, Atlantis Aquarium, Great Shopping at Tanger Outlet...So many more activities around OR simply enjoy the sun and the beach. Guest access Access to the beach is through a set of stairs located 2-3 min. walking distance from the house. The beach is private and tags will be provided to renters for beach access. During summer the Kayak & Paddle Board are located on the West Kayak Rack on the beach. Code for combination lock will be provided. Other things to note The 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms house just went through a significant renovation with a new Kitchen, LR and new lower bedrooms. It is facing the sea and the views are breathtaking from every single room. Weather you're coming to visit family in the area, attending a wedding / event at Inn & Spa East Wind Long Island (15 min. drive), Going on Vineyard Tour in the North Fork Wineries (20-30 min. drive) or simply want to enjoy the beach and the views, our house offers the perfect setting. The Living / Dining / Kitchen spaces are all on the main entry floor, opening up to a deck which wraps around the house - all facing the sea. The house interior is simply and beautifully decorated with clean and simple lines, still keeping the space airy and cozy.
