Other things to note The positive energy and mysterious aura of this apartment are additionally characterized by a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the Baltic Sea resort, up to Lake Sellin. Located right in the first row on the Selliner steep shore, Villa Philine, where the Arwen has her home, has fantastic sea views. From a side balcony you can enjoy how the morning sun rises from the sea and the day dips into a beautiful light. With the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun all day in a light-flooded living room. If you can already enter this fantasy, then you will feel completely comfortable in the Arwen. Enjoy being close to the beautiful Sellin pier and the fine sandy beach. Just unwind and walk down Wilhelmstraße in the evening to eat some treats in one of the many restaurants. The 111 m² apartment is located on the fourth floor of Villa Philine and can also be reached via an elevator. The large living room with cooking, dining and relaxation area allows relaxing hours on the comfortable freestanding couch or stimulating conversations at the large dining table. The technical equipment of the apartment includes high-quality TVs, Bluray DVD and a hi-fi system to be controlled by your mobile phone. So nothing stands in the way of your media enjoyment. On cooler days, the crackling fire of the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. In the two-bedroom apartment, high-quality materials, noble designer furniture and individually crafted furniture provide a beautiful ambience and an unforgettable feeling of well-being in your vacation. Due to the possibility of an extra bed on a sofa bed in the living area, up to five guests can spend a relaxing holiday in the Arwen. A high-quality box spring bed in the master bedroom with luxury foam mattress, which ensures a good night's sleep in king-size format, is not only a visual feast for the eyes, but an outstanding design object in terms of quality and feel. Of course, every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Your car parking space is located in the underground car park, from where you can easily get to the apartment directly in front of the entrance door by elevator. A communal outdoor swimming pool (15 x 5.5 m) with various sun loungers is available for all guests of Villa Philine. The pool is heated solar term and is located in a charmingly landscaped garden right by the property.
