With Jones Beach on your doorstep, an IGA supermarket and bottle shop a short walk away, you will be able to park the car and toss the keys to one side for the duration of your stay. The spacious unit has a large main bedroom with a queen bed. A bunk bed with a double lower bunk and single top bunk is located in the living area with an additional trundle bed for the sixth person if required, which can be set up in either room. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. The living area is spacious with comfortable furnishings. A kitchen with an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, frying pan, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery and glassware supplied. Beach Retreat is within walking distance to Minnamurra River which is a popular location for fishing, swimming, standup paddle boarding and kayaking. You can enjoy spectacular walks around our amazing walking tracks to the surrounding headlands. Walk to the "Boneyard" a popular swimming area for families. plenty of shady tress and crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling. The "Boneyard" has numerous rock platforms with rock pools where you can view an abundance of marine life. An excellent fishing location. 3 kilometers to Kiama centre. Drive, walk or cycle the coastal cycle track. This lower level unit backs onto the popular Jones Beach Kiama Downs. Beach Retreat@Kiama offers comfortable, spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. The owners live on the upper level and are happy to provide guests with any assistance needed on their stay. Your privacy is assured at all other times. Things to do: Surfing , snorkelling, fishing, golf, kayaking, headland walking/bike tracks, Jamberoo Recreation Park, Minnamurra Rainforest, Illawarra Tree Top Walk, Kiama Blow Hole, Cathedral Rocks. Guest access The beach front unit has it's own private entrance, separate to the entrance of the main house, where the owners reside. Shared laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. There is no off street parking. Other things to note *Note: The 2 bedroom listing refers to 2 separate sleeping areas. The first area being the queen bed in the separate bedroom.
