This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen The space This modern house has been listed on AirBnb since 2018 has 4.9 STAR rating and positive comments from over 135 guests. It is so handy to the beach and Williamson Park. It has it's own private driveway from 602B Williamson Rd. There is plenty of off road parking, a spacious double garage with internal access and large covered and uncovered outside decks with an ocean view. It has a hot outside shower which is great to wash off the sand after a day at our beautiful beach. There is also a table tennis table in the garage which guests are welcome to roll out and use. We also have a number of bikes in the double garage which guests may also use. We have a minimum 2 night stay. For Peak Time at Christmas from 26th December-12th January and Beach Hop (last week in March) price listed is for the whole house which sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The Upstairs Apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The master Bedroom with ensuite has a King Bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds NB The nightly price does not include linen and cleaning. We do this to help guests who want to keep costs down. They can bring their own linen and clean themselves or there are linen and cleaning options listed under "Other details to note" Guest access There is a nice outside grassed area, an outside cloths line and plenty of concrete driveway for the kids to play safely away from the road on their skate boards. The house has its own private driveway from 602B Williamson Rd. Key is in lock box behind post at the front door. Other things to note At Peak Time from 26th December- 12th January (minimum is 10 nights) and Beach Hop in March (minimum 5 nights) and price listed for those periods is for the whole house which sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. We do have a minimum of 2 nights stay throughout the year. LINEN- Beds have mattress protectors , duvets and pillows provided. You may bring your own linen (sheets,pillow slips,towels, tea towels,bathmat, flannel) or pay $80 cash at time of visit to have this provided for all the beds. CLEANING- You may clean yourself or pay $100 cash for cleaning at time of visit. All cleaning products are provided.
