Private Bedroom with Shared Bathroom

This is a newly remodeled Eichler style house in Monta Loma neighborhood in Mountain View. The room size is around 170 sq. ft. in quiet, safe and friendly residential area. The house is fully remodeled and brightly lit during the day. It is located near many major tech companies, convenience stores and restaurants with near access to public transportation. The space The house is 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I live in it and hosting 2 rooms on Airbnb. Sometimes a dog is visiting (French bulldog) so if you are not OK with dogs please do not book. KITCHEN IS OFFERED ONLY FOR HEATING PRE-COOKED and READY-TO-EAT FOOD WITH MICROWAVE OR TOASTER OVEN, STORING FOOD IN REFRIGERATOR AND USING PLATES AND UTENSILS. COOKING OF ANY SORT IS NOT ALLOWED. OTHER KITCHEN APPLIANCES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE BY GUESTS (EXAMPLES: OVEN ESPRESSO MACHINE, ETC) Guest access Guest's allowed access: Private room Shared Bathroom Kitchen (common area) Hallways leading to places mentioned above. Guest's prohibited access: Living Room (security cameras may be present) Other private rooms Back Yard Garage From the driveway, enter through the gate on the right. House entrance is through the front door. You have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom (if my other room on Airbnb isn't booked you get a private bathroom). You can use the kitchen (minimum use, no cooking, but feel free to use the microwave, refrigerator and dining table). Guests can use the right side facing the garage door) parking spot on the property driveway, on first comes first serves basis. The left parking spot is not available for guests parking and should remain clear at all times. Free street parking During your stay Please let me know if you need anything before your arrival so I can answer any questions or concerns. I live in the same house and will be available to offer help whenever needed. Other things to note If your check-in or check-out times do not fall in range with mine, please drop me a message BEFORE YOU BOOK and I'll try to work around your schedule, depending on both my availability and other guests schedules. There will be an additional charge for checking in or out outside the listed times. Also please note that just because I offer wide check-in time range it doesn’t necessarily mean you can check-in any time you want. We need to communicate and agree on time that works for both of us. I’m busy yet flexible so it’s best to exchange some time slots and pick one that works for both of us. After you check out if you'd like to leave your luggage and pick it up later (same day), you can for $15. Please coordinate with me in advance. Additional payments will be processed through Airbnb Resolution Center. Additional services and supplies are available for purchase such as: airport rides, luggage storage, laundry, coffee and tea.
