Our newly built Modern Farmhouse is located between the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum in a rural, country setting yet only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and large supermarket. Enjoy the entire house built as an Airbnb, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths & an open concept living, dining, kitchen, along with a huge covered back porch & firepit for your enjoyment! * 1st floor King bedroom with private bath, walk in shower *2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds is also on 1st floor *full bathroom with tub/shower combo in the hallway * 2 upstairs bedrooms: 1 has king bed, the other has 2 twin beds. 3rd full bathroom with tub/shower combo off hall *bed linens/pillows provided *upon request, we can provide a pack n play & high chair. *Open concept living, dining & kitchen with an electric fireplace! *kitchen offers microwave, stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, cooking pots/pans, utensils, blender, toaster & hand mixer (we provide dish detergent/dishwasher pods) *we provide microwavable oatmeal packets for breakfast *we provide salt, pepper, small cooking oil for your use *Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee pot. We provide 1 bag of coffee, filters, sugar, sweetener & a bowl of creamer pods *Living room has 55" Smart TV with 59 local channels, along with Netflix (no cable TV) *WiFi throughout the house *we supply bath towels with wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner & soap. 1 hairdryer for your use. *washer/dryer for you use in our Unheated/ Unfurnished basement *Covered back porch has plenty of places to relax or eat outside. We have a gas grill for your use *newly added firepit in the backyard! Enjoy the views of the surrounding farm area, but for your safety, no guests are allowed beyond the fence & do not enter the barn. You will be given the lock box code prior to your arrival, so be sure to check your email about a week out. We are in the country, but extremely close to the interstate, so easy, quick access to the grocery, shopping or restaurants! We are 21 miles from the Ark Encounter, 30 miles from the Creation Museum, 22 miles from the Greater Cincinnati Airport, 29 miles from Newport Aquarium, 54 miles from Kings Island, 59 miles from the KY Horsepark. Our huge grocery store is 4 miles away. We also have 2 local wineries all within minutes from the house & it's a fun day drive to hit the KY Bourbon Trail. We have a long gravel driveway & concrete parking pad for 2 cars. PLEASE NOTE: Only ONE INFANT allowed per booking. Check in is NOT before 4:00pmEST.
