This location offers a fantastic holiday lifestyle with beautiful swimming beaches at your door step and is an ideal escape located in a quiet cul-de-sac.The home offers 5 large bedrooms & 4 bathrooms & sleeps 10 comfortably and caters for families. Parties are not permitted at this property. The space The home is spacious and offers 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Grevillea Getaway sleeps 10 comfortably and caters for families with children. With a large front yard and alfresco and a large open plan living/dining area the home ensures a beautiful balance between entertaining and quiet family spaces. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are double rooms which also boast their own ensuite and walk-in robes. There are two extra rooms, one containing a double bed and the final room consists of two king single beds. The home contains evaporative air conditioning for warmer months and a wood fire for winter (wood is supplied). The home also contains a hot outdoor shower which is perfect for after the beach. The large outdoor area comes complete with a fire pit and bbq. Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage. All kitchen appliances, crockery and glass wear are provided for guest’s use. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided and included in the cleaning fee of $500 per stay. Pillows, blankets and doonas are provided. Please note beach towels are not provided. Minimum 3 nights stay, but a 2 night may be accepted upon request.
