Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace. We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The space The mega comfortable 3-person design sofa (BRÜHL) can be transformed into a full double bed by lowering the backrests with two steps (extra bed, bookable from 4 pers. for an extra charge). Opposite is a chill 2 armchair (BRETZ). With the rustic dining group and the original watercolors with motifs of the area, you will feel completely at home from the first minute. Anyone who wants to take work on holiday or even just to plan excursions will be happy about the new workplace (has not yet been photographed). The cottage opposite your terrace is not rented. It is a warehouse for children's chairs, garden furniture... and your strollers or bikes. Bedroom 1 on the upper floor is equipped with a wide double bed (solid wood) and a cot. The wide view from the dormer windows over the garden house to the pastures to the gentle mountain range in front of the Bodden is beautiful. In the evening you can count the stars in the clear sky. There is no light pollution on Rügen. In bedroom 2 there are two wooden single beds, one of which can offer another sleeping space with a pull-out mattress drawer. There is also a large wardrobe here. Towels and bed linen (sheets, covers, normal 1.35 wide x 2 m long) please bring your own. Unfortunately, there is no good and affordable laundry service in the West Rügen area. If you want to pack less, it is possible that our service puts out sheets and towels (not covered). The self-costs for the laundry provision are: 15,- €15, - per person for a bed linen set and stay. €10,- per person for one towel set (towel, bath towel) and stay. You will then receive a payment request via Airbnb. Please give us a hint in your email if you want to book this. Please also indicate whether smaller cot covers are required. Your children will feel good. On the spacious property there is a playground with slide, swings, playhouses and large playground. For the big ones there is plenty of space for sunbathing and quiet retreats with a good book. The large, partially covered barbecue area is available to all guests and not only offers protection from a shower, but you also have your children in view while playing and in the evening the golden sunset over the hill of Moritzhagen. Guest access Upon receipt of your booking, we will write to you. You will receive the current code to open the key safe next to the front door of the booked house by email about 5-10 days before departure. Other things to note Our houses have permanently installed mosquito screens. In high summer it is advisable on Rügen to use a mosquito repellent spray outside during the sunset.
