The 3 rooms offer enough space and all comforts for up to 4 people. A large sun terrace on the rooftop with a pool and a chill out lounge brings relaxation at any time. The spectacular view invites you to dream, even from the pool. Watching the sun going down to set in the sea everyday... A walk through the village to the nearby beach (500m away)? A ride by bike to one of the many lonely flat dream beaches in the north (2 to about 10km away)? Or rather to the Atlantic waves at the great surfbeaches in the south (beginning only about 1 km away)? A day trip on the island? There are many sights and the barren nature offers many surprises if you know where. A trip to Corralejo (20km)? Everything's also possible with public transport! A week goes by quickly. In the second one you'll have arrived then ... The apartment has a living-dining area with TV (HDMI), Wi-Fi, sofa, dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker has everything you need. The larger bedroom has a double bed, in the other one are two single beds. Both have a spacious built-in wardrobe. In the large bathroom with shower there is a hairdryer, fresh hand and shower towels on request every week. Extra charge on the spot: - Choice of large beach terry towels and nice XL cotton towels for the beach to rent on spot for €5.- each, including laundry service once a week - no need to bring towels! Guest access The roof terrace is one floor higher and open 24/7 to all guests. There is a lift. Please follow the house rules. The well-kept pool area is open from 9am to 8pm. For a fee, access to the underground car park is possible, where a car parking space is available. Other things to note The CLEANING FEE of € 49.- includes the change and washing of bed linen and towels and the final cleaning of the apartment (wet wiping of all surfaces). It does NOT include the washing up of dishes or the removal of the legacies of the guests as in a hotel! I think I can expect my holidaymakers to keep the apartment in order during their stay like a holiday apartment and not like a hotel suite. This also includes wiping with the broom or using the vacuum cleaner, disposing of the garbage yourself and leaving the kitchen utensils as clean as they were found. Unfortunately that was not the case with some guests in the past, so I'll say it here.
