Ideally located in Anjou in the municipality of TERRANJOU between Angers and Saumur in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyard, LE DOMAINE DES GAULIERS, classified 5* in furnished tourism, is a fully renovated old vineyard. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyard surrounding the entire property, a stone's throw from many tourist sites (zoo, castles, vineyard, Puy du Fou, etc.). This area, very well maintained, will suit the most demanding given its level of equipment. The accommodation capacity is 22 beds on site (+ 14 others if needed in our other cottage located 4 min by car Group cottage l'Angevin – Faye d'Anjou) divided into: "LA GRANGE" cottage: 2 double bedrooms with 160 cm bed, one on the ground floor and one upstairs + 1 double bedroom with two beds upstairs (6 people) Gîte "LA FERME": 1 double bedroom with a 160 cm bed on the ground floor + 2 triple bedrooms with 1 160 cm bed with a single bed located upstairs (8 people) "THE TRAILER": 1 queen size bed and two single beds (4 people) "LE CHAI" cottage: 1 quadruple bedroom with two 160 double beds (4 people) on the ground floor We can provide you with a baby bed, high chair, bed rail (on request, and in limited numbers) free of charge. The buildings are side by side and very easily allow a friendly or family gathering during your stay, while preserving your privacy and the rhythm of each thanks to its 8 bedrooms with bathrooms and private toilet distributed in each of the cottages. The 90 m² reception room, equipped with a superb equipped kitchen: - 3 ovens including a combined microwave/grill - A filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster - 2 dishwashers - a large refrigerator freezer (450 liters) - a wine cellar - a central island to facilitate the preparation of your meals - Covers 30 guests The beds are made for your arrival and the end of stay cleaning is included A flat-screen TV is equipped in each of the 8 bedrooms in addition to those installed in the living room of each of the three cottages and the trailer. The wooded plot of about 7,000 m² offers you: - charcoal barbecues, - outdoor tables for convivial meals, - an outdoor swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) of 12 meters x 5 meters is heated (from May to September only depending on weather conditions), with views of the neighboring vineyard, - a petanque field, - a dart board, - a swing, - bikes, - Foosball - ping pong table etc. Free Wi-Fi internet connection is provided in our cottages. The buildings are non-smoking. Pets are allowed upon prior request with a surcharge of €4/day. All facilities (bank, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.) are about 3 to 4 minutes by car from our property, in the village of Thouarcé. Our baker offers, every morning and without extra charge for delivery, to bring you bread and pastries from 8:15 a.m. (except Thursday). This way, you won't have to move around to prepare your breakfast! Simply let us know the day before 6 p.m. your need for bread and pastries and pay by check directly to the baker at the end of your stay with us.
