Equipped with a superb kitchen equipped at best given the capacity (4 ovens including a mixed microwave/grill - 2 dishwashers - a large fridge freezer - a wine cellar - a washing machine, filter coffee machine and Nespresso), you will have no trouble preparing your meals. A quadruple bedroom with shower room with private toilet is adjacent to the reception room. THE "LA FERME" GITE ***** - 8 people Completely renovated with the most beautiful materials on an area of more than 130 m2, the maximum capacity of this gîte classified as "5-star tourist accommodation" is 8 people, in 3 bedrooms (one double 160/200 and two triples each with a double bed 160/200 and a single bed 90/200) each with its own bathroom or shower with private toilet. A pleasant living room with two sofas adorns the ground floor of this gîte suitable for the most demanding. THE GITE "LA GRANGE" ***** - 6 people With its total area of 106 m2, this gîte, also classified as a "5-star tourist accommodation", has been completely restored to provide a comfortable and spacious gîte with 3 bedrooms and their 3 private bathrooms with toilet (one on the ground floor with a large bed 160 x 200 with its dressing room and two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with two single beds upstairs, for a maximum capacity of 6 people. Modern in design, you will enjoy a pleasant sandstone paved terrace with an overview of the property. THE TRAILER - 4 people Located in the heart of the property facing the vineyard as far as the eye can see, our warm and romantic trailer can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very well insulated and equipped with heating for the winter months. An alcove bed (140 x 190) and two single beds make up the bedding of this very cozy place. IMPORTANT: Please note that only the kitchen of the CHAI can be used during your stay. The equipment is designed for occupancy of up to 30 people (glasses, plates, cutlery, dish, etc.). Our service is of superior quality with beds made on arrival . A flat-screen TV is equipped in each of the 8 bedrooms in addition to those installed in the living room of each of the three cottages and the trailer. During the sunny days, "weber" charcoal barbecues complete this equipment as well as outdoor tables (with parasols) for friendly meals. Wi-Fi connection in each building. Our 12 meter x 5 meter outdoor heated pool (from May to September only depending on weather conditions), overlooking the neighboring vineyard. Its safety is ensured by a roller shutter opened by us in the morning and closed in the evening. Bicycles (adults and children) in limited numbers are offered free of charge for a ride in the vineyard (helmets not provided). All facilities (bank, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.) are about 3/4 minutes by car from our property, in the village of Thouarcé.
