The Blue Room is on the second floor. Private room with bath in 1843 Victorian Italianate with an ideal location in Historic Downtown Mystic. Common areas include porches and attached gazebo, parlor with baby grand piano, and dining room. Lovely grounds and gardens. The room has a queen bed, ensuite bath with Italian granite shower and bidet, flat screen TV, mini fridge. Coffee and tea available in dining room, as well as a microwave. A three course breakfast is served daily Guests have access to the cafe style dining room, parlor with baby grand piano, expansive covered porches and attached gazebo, lovely grounds and gardens. The expansive covered porches and attached gazebo provide nice spaces to sit and relax, even on rainy days. The grounds and gardens with hammock are inviting as well. I reside onsite. This is the ideal location. Just a short walk to great restaurants, the waterfront park, shops and galleries, river cruises, kayak and bike rentals, Mystic Seaport, Amtrak Train Station. Take Frazier Street across from my parking area and walk to the Mystic River. Go left to go into town. We have free on-site parking. Walking and biking are the preferred ways of getting around town. For longer distances, your own vehicle or Uber are good options. The parking lot is on the Willow St. side of the house. Willow is one way, so you must drive around the block to reach it. Nightly rate is PER ROOM, single or double occupancy. A three course breakfast is served daily as well as afternoon/evening baked goods. Rooms are refreshed daily Service animals and pets can not be accommodated due to my allergies. There is no smoking. Lighted materials of any kind; candles, incense, etc. are not permitted. Quiet time 9:30 pm to 8:00 am
