Cosy and cute, private one bedroom tiny cottage in Baywood Park for two guests. Just minutes to Morro Bay, ocean bluffs, bay and hiking trails in Montana de Oro State Park. The tiny house cottage resides in a sunny semi-rural residential neighborhood, just minutes to the bay and Elfin Forest. Comfy queen size bed in the separate one bedroom, large shower, full kitchen and dining area, private deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Perfect for a short stay or to finally finish that novel :) The space Quiet and serene cottage in a semi-rural residential neighborhood in Baywood Park. Surrounded by pine trees, this private little house is perfect for one or two guests maximum. Just minutes from the bay and local hikes and vistas, the tiny house was designed to be a writer's retreat location. One bedroom, one bath, fresh sheets and towels with a full kitchen. stocked with cooking utensils and cutlery. The cottage is located next to our home but is very private with its own entrance. We are just five minutes to Morro Bay and fifteen minutes to San Luis Obispo. Nearby Montana de Oro state park which is world famous for its beautiful bluffs trails overlooking the ocean is about 15 minutes away. Within walking distance is Sweet Springs Nature Reserve and the Elfin Forest. About 30 minutes away is Cambria and San Simeon, the gateway to the Hearst Castle. Wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles is also very popular. Picturesque Piedras Blancas light house and a large and boisterous elephant seal breeding is also not to be missed. As a guest, I can suggest loads of ideas about all the great things to do here. We have lived here for over twenty years and love bragging about our beautiful community! Guest access We can accommodate one car with a private parking spot for one car just to the right of the tiny house. I keep the key under the blue pot and porch light on for later entries or if we are not here to welcome you. You can replace it there when you leave. Let us know when you wish to use bikes and I can arrange to leave them out for you :) Other things to note Montana de Oro and Morro Bay State Parks are minutes away. Within walking distance, Elfin Forest Nature Preserve and Estero Bay Vista, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and Bay view walk.
