Big family friendly condo in East Village, close to the Super Bee Lift in Copper Mountain. Cozy family friendly place! Four spacious bedrooms, each has their own private bathroom. Large living room and dining area open to the well equipped kitchen. There is a community hot tub available on site, shared with other condos. Enjoy stunning views of the 10 mile range from your large private roof top deck, or enjoy watching skiers challenge the slopes from your living room window. Awesome location!! Centrally located in the East Village, you’re close to fine dining, entertainment and numerous shops. The free Summit Stage and Copper Shuttle are right out front to connect you with all the fun that Copper Mountain and Summit County have to offer. If you prefer the summer months, the Copper Creek golf course is just steps from the unit. You’re also close to hiking, biking, fishing and lots of other fun activities. If you haven’t been to Summit County in the summer, you really should try it! Check out the bedrooms Bedroom 1 - this downstairs bedroom has a private full bath, closet, full dresser, two night stands and king size bed. The room has a flat screen TV with cable. Bedroom 2 - this bedroom is similarly equipped with a king size bed, two night stands, full dresser, and oversize closet. A private full bath is also included. It has TV with cable. Bedroom 3 - This spacious upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, features high vaulted, tongue and groove wood ceiling and beam construction. Access to large private rooftop deck with stunning views. Private bathroom with heated slate tile floor, solid surface double sink. Bedroom 4 - Features high vaulted, tongue and groove wood ceilings. It has a queen bed, a twin bed ,and a loft with full size futon bed. The futon is on the floor of the loft. (The loft is small and kids love it but it is not recommended for adults. It has a low ceiling and is kind of like a tree fort. Your kids will fight over it!). This room has a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and heated slate tile floor. PARKING: We have a small one car garage available for SMALL SUVs, the MAX LENGTH IS 15 FEET. There is one more outdoor parking space available at the condo. Any more vehicles have can go to the Alpine lot for extra parking if needed. NO LARGE SUVS IN THE SMALL ONE CAR GARAGE. This property is managed by Eck Property Management, we are available 24/7 to assist our guests. Copper Mountain has so much to offer, a great location and family friendly village to enjoy at the base of the mountain. Vail, and Breckenridge are a close drive, only about a 20 minute drive. We recommend you rent a car when visiting. The free Summit Stage and Copper Shuttle are right out front to connect you with all the fun that Copper Mountain and Summit County have to offer. We do recommend that you rent a vehicle, the shopping in Copper is minimal and the grocery stores are about a 10-15 minute drive. There is also so much to see if you plan to take a day trip. SUMMIT COUNTY STR LICENSE ON DISPLAY IN THE RESIDENCE Visitor Resources During the COVID-19 Pandemic Summit County welcomes our visitors, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. A Traveler Affidavit, negative COVID test, quarantine, or proof of vaccination is not required for travel to Summit County. Summit County does not recognize vaccine passports at this time. All residents and visitors must follow the State and Local Public Health Orders, regardless of vaccination. More research is still needed to determine if vaccinated individuals can spread the virus to others. We invite you to ski, snowboard, hike, and enjoy our outdoor spring recreation opportunities. Visitors should be aware that Summit County is currently in Level Green on the Local Dial Framework with nearly all business sectors completely open. We ask that all our residents and visitors abide by the local Public Health Order. Fully vaccinated individuals don’t have to wear masks unless the setting/establishment requires it and those 2 years and older that are unvaccinated are encouraged to wear masks in indoor public spaces. Everyone must still wear masks on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States, and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations. This is required by federal law for both vaccinated and unvaccinated people. Summit County Public Health Order Summit County has a public health order in place to contain the spread of COVID-19 and protect everyone’s health and safety. Cancelling Your Visit Summit County is excited to welcome visitors to this beautiful place. Six Commitments for Containment Summit County asks all residents and visitors to commit to these six actions to contain the spread of COVID-19. I will maintain 6 feet of physical distance from other individuals. Physical distancing is one of the most effective prevention measures against COVID-19. It’s important to keep at least 6 feet of distance from anyone not in your own household, to the greatest extent possible. I will wash my hands often, for at least 20 seconds. Hand washing is especially important after visiting public settings, and before eating or touching your face. Cloth face coverings are required in Summit County in all publicly accessible indoor spaces for everyone ages 3 and older; masks are also required outdoors whenever 6 feet of distance from other individuals may not possible.
