Here you’ll find a wood-burning stove, Smart TV and a double sofa bed for occasional guests, alongside a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. A small shower room is also located on this level. Downstairs, three comfortable bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, including a spacious double bedroom with direct access to the courtyard garden and two twin bedrooms with garden views. A family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower completes the layout.
