Monte San Savino and its services. The nearby town of Monte San Savino offers typical restaurants and all kind of shops and hosts, throughout the year, festivals and folklore events. Next to the villa the owners stables and paddock, where you can admire the beautiful thoroughbred foals, train with their riders in show jumping. The property accepts small size pets. GROUND FLOOR: entrance through terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor meals, on a living room with fireplace, kitchen, wide living-dining room with fireplace, sitting room with sofas and TV, small bathroom (WC, washbasin and bidet). FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through internal stone staircase, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, wide living room with fireplace and sofas, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms. Possibility to add two single beds on the first floor living room.
