The villa is next door to our Villa Los Leones and very near all of our other properties in the Parador area. The traditional style villa is built over 3 floors. On the ground floor leading off from the entrance hall there is a fully fitted kitchen, Wc and a lounge and dining room with patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and the pool area which is also the perfect place for enjoying your lunch/dinner al fresco. Upstairs on the first floor is a large double king-size master bedroom, from which there is a large south facing balcony overlooking the pool area, an ensuite shower room, 1 large twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with another ensuite bathroom. This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, Tv with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The house also includes a parking place for one car in the driveway. The private pool measures 6.9 x 3.5m with depths of 0.9 to 1.5m and there are six sunbeds available for use around the pool. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
