Newell Golf Course, a grocery store and gas stations are within 2 miles of the property. It has spectacular views of the Black Hills, especially Bear Butte. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets are daily occurrences. WiFi and outside security cameras have been recently added to enhance guest’s experience. The house has a covered front porch and back porch. The main floor has an open living room and dinning room and has a fulling functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking items and dishes. A functional laundry room with a washer and dryer and main bathroom are centrally located. Three large bedrooms are also on the main floor. One bedroom is set up for children or children at heart. The second floor has the master bedroom, small bedroom, bathroom and small sitting area over looking the main floor. Ceiling fans are in four bedrooms. In order to reach the house, one must travel 1.5 miles of gravel road. Highway 212 and Highway 79 connect to the gravel road.
