Beautiful converted Chapel in the Fuchsia Valley, 15 minutes walk to Pub and Bay, a perfect space to relax for couples, and families. Central wood burner (fuel supplied except summer months) and central heating. Robes, welcome Prosecco, hot chocolate, speciality tea, biscuits, and Molton Brown bath/shower gels all supplied. Ideally placed for walking Coastal Paths, exploring Lee Bay, or visiting surfing beaches. The space The Chapel has a fabulous open plan living area. Under stained glass windows the double height kitchen and dining area is separated from the comfy living space by a double sided wood burner which will keep you cosy in the cooler months. There is loads of comfortable seating, including a sofa in the dining area for observing chefs at work and a vast corner sofa for sprawling by the fire or in front of the TV in the living area. The kitchen is really well equipped, it is where we cook family meals ourselves, so expect to find plenty of utensils, pans etc. Upstairs the main mezzanine bedroom is above the living area, and there are 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. There is also a desk overlooking the kitchen. The utility room is separate and has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use, and we provide a clothes airer as well as the washing line - very useful for drying your beach things. We have provided games of all sorts, for all ages, as well as jigsaws for rainy days. We get wonderful light at Lee Chapel and the terrace is a real sun trap for lazing on the bench or in the deck chairs. There is a small garden as well, with shady areas and a barbeque and picnic table with sunshade for outside dining. Guest access The whole house Other things to note This is a heavenly place for couples, or singles, with loads of open airy space downstairs and a mezzanine bedroom. For family parties or groups of friends there is a small double bedroom, and a bunk room with 3 foot bunk beds. These are suitable for adults but the bottom bunk has limited head space; there is a very comfortable double bed settee available if preferred to bunks (maximum occupancy 6 adults). The utility room is shared with us if we are resident in the adjoining Schoolhouse - but don't worry you can be completely private in Lee Chapel! We provide you with logs for the wood burner except in the summer months, but if you want coals for the barbeque please bring them with you. Note that our pricing is number based. If you book for 1 or 2 guests only the Mezzanine bedroom is available to you. If you are booking for 4 guests but want access to all 3 bedrooms, or to sofa bed, please book for 5 guests.
