Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. If your a foodie or interested in homesteading this is the place for you. Birdwatching A+ The space The Cottage does allow pets. We have a $10 a night pet fee that needs to be paid on or before arrival through Airbnb. We have one of the best fishing locations on the river. Its a great time to get out on our kayaks or canoe to take pictures of the wildlife or just explore. You can paddle to three lakes and a state park from our location. We have eagles and hawks hunting right along the river. It is truly magnificent The cottage has two yards. One facing Mt. Lassen with a picnic table. The other is facing Mt. Shasta and the river. The cottage has its own parking spot by the orchard. We rent out 1, 2 person canoe and 2, 1 person kayaks. The river is amazing, great for fishing, swimming or nature watching. You will see otters, bald eagles, golden eagles, geese, deer, muskrat, cranes, ducks, turtles, fish, more species of birds than I can count and much more. It is breathtaking this year! Come and experience our farm to table life style and relax in natures beauty. Guest access You have river front access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, star gazing, and exploring. We have the Tule River, and Fall River in our back yard. Close by is the Pit River, McCloud River, and Hat Creek. We are next to Eastman Lake, Big Lake and Fall River Lake. Lake Brittan and Burney Falls are 30 minutes away. We are 30 minutes away from the Pacific East Coast trail, which is beautiful and goes along the McCloud River.
