The apartment, just renovated, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a large shower cabin 1 with a bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine and 1 fully equipped kitchen equipped with a fridge and freezer. The space The largest room (Room 01 of about 30 sqm) houses the living area with living room and dining table. Both rooms have double beds are completely independent of the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people if you use the sofa bed in the living area (sofa bed dim. 160 x 200 offers an additional 2 beds). The sofa bed will only be prepared as a bed in case of reservations for more than 4 people or upon special request before arrival. Air conditioning available from May 1 to September 30 (hot season). The kitchen is equipped with a FRIDGE and MICROWAVE, NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE and kettle, plates, cutlery and pots, are available for guests. Located on the 1st floor of a historic building at the end of the 19th century overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, it has a position that allows you to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. In front of the entrance gate there are several public transport service stops to and from Termini Station and to any other destination. Check-in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Arrivals at different times must be arranged in advance with the owner. For arrivals after 7:00 pm, an extra fee of € 20 is applied.
