Apartment (about 80 square meters), with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Terrace and courtyard with a parking space. Sleeps up to 8. It is on a quiet street a five-minute walk from the center of the village. A ten-minute walk from the train station (TGV) and bus. In winter, for skiing, you can drive to Sauze (10 min), Bardonecchia (15 min) or Montgenèvre (20 min). The space CasaSenait Oulx is a four-room apartment on the second and last floor of a house built in 2006. To access it, you enter the internal courtyard and climb the stairs to the second floor. It has a living room where you will find a sofa bed and a table (which can be folded in half). We also have a working fireplace, but we do not allow its use as it is potentially risky. The apartment is our mountain home. For this reason, some spaces will be partially occupied by our things. But we will always leave most of the closets available for you. There are 2 bedrooms, the largest with a 4-door wardrobe and a double bed (160X200). The smaller room is equipped with a single bed with a second foldaway bed (80 x 100), a bridge wardrobe and a desk. The beds are slatted with a mattress and pillows made of hypoallergenic materials (Memory). The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. The kitchen is complete with an oven and a dishwasher. The apartment has a large balcony and a small terrace where you can sunbathe and have breakfast or lunch. Free private parking space in the courtyard.
