Apartment (about 80 square meters), with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Terrace and courtyard with a parking space. Sleeps up to 8. It's on a quiet street five minutes walk from the center of the village. Ten minute walk to Train Station (TGV) and bus. In winter for skiing you can drive to Sauze (10 min), Bardonecchia (15 min) or Monginevro (20 min). The space CasaSenait Oulx is a four-room apartment on the second and last floor of a house built in 2006, to access it you enter the inner courtyard and climb the stairs to the second floor. It has a living room, where you can find a sofa bed and table (doubling). We also have a working fireplace but we do not allow it to be used as it is potentially risky. The apartment is our mountain home. This is why some spaces will be partially occupied by our things. But we will always leave you with most of the closets. There are 2 bedrooms, the largest with a 4-door closet and a double bed (160X200). The smaller room has a single bed with second vanishing beds (80 x 100), a deck closet and a desk. The beds are slatted with mattresses and pillows in non-allergenic materials (Memory). The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and washing machine. Kitchen is complete with oven and dishwasher. The apartment has a large balcony and a small terrace where you can sunbathe and have breakfast or lunch. Free private parking in the courtyard.
