Beautiful private indoor pool, heated to 30°

Very quiet location, not overlooked. The house is 230m2 with the pool area, it is adjoining our house All on 6500 m2 of land There is a private and fenced garden in the front as well as a terrace in the back pool side. The cottage gives direct access to the 30° heated pool Dogs are the guests (on condition), we ourselves have them. There are sheep, goats, chickens, 2 ponies, 1 mule and 2 donkeys, all miniatures Baby amenities Parking places The space The 100m² house is composed of: On the ground floor: - 1 equipped kitchen open to living room, - 1 separate hanging toilet. - 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower shower and washing machine, dryer. - 1 living room with sofa (bed for 2 people) Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed 160x200 with Simba quality mattress + 1 baby bed with storage cabinet - 1 bedroom with 3 90x190 beds with storage cabinet - 1 separate hanging toilet. The capacity is 7 people and 2 infants. 1 barbecue with charcoal is available year-round. The pool of 130 m² is entirely reserved for you....it measures 11 m in length. 4.50 m wide, it is secured by an electric shutter. Its depth varies from 1 meter to 2 meters. Very rare because of its size, you will enjoy water heated to 30° all year. The pool was completely renovated in 2023 and to satisfy young and old, we created a submerged beach, so we could splash or simply sit on the water. There is also a digicode on the access door to the pool for added security. There is no vis-a-vis. To ensure maximum pleasure, for little ones we have: - a playground with swings, monkey bridge and slides up to 12 years old. For older guests: - 1 pétanque court with a set of balls available. - 1 ping pong table, snowshoes and balls are available. With your children, we will pick up the fresh eggs and feed the animals, they will love it. In the rate, everything is included, welcome gift, tourist tax and even exit cleaning... beds are made upon arrival. Bring your pool and shower towels. All amenities within 5 min drive. Other things to note A deposit check of €900 is required upon arrival. Bath towels and towels are not included...remember to take yours. Dogs are accepted under conditions, contact me for the terms.
