The gîte gives direct access to the swimming pool heated to 30° Dogs are welcome (subject to conditions), we have them ourselves. There are sheep, goats, chickens, 2 ponies, 1 mule and 2 donkeys, all miniature Baby amenities Parking spaces The space The 100 m² house is composed of: On the ground floor: - 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room, - 1 separate hanging toilet. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, dryer. - 1 living room with sofa (bed for 2 people) Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 Queen Size bed 160 x 200 with Simba quality mattress + 1 baby bed with storage cabinet - 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90 x 190 with storage cabinet - 1 separate hanging toilet. The capacity is 7 people and 2 babies. 1 Charcoal barbecue is available year-round. The 130 m² swimming pool is entirely reserved for you... it measures 11 m in length and 4.50 m in width, it is secured by an electric shutter. Its depth varies from 1 meter to 2 meters. Very rare due to its size, you will enjoy water heated to 30° year-round. The swimming pool was completely renovated in 2023 and to satisfy young and old, we have created a submerged beach, so you can paddle or simply sit there with your feet in the water. There is also a digicode on the pool access door for safety. There are no neighbors. To ensure maximum enjoyment, for the little ones we have: - a playground with swings, monkey bridge and slides up to 12 years old. For the older ones: - 1 pétanque court with a set of balls available. - 1 ping pong table, rackets and balls are available. With your children, we will get the fresh eggs and feed the animals, they will love it. In the price, everything is included, welcome gift, tourist tax and even the departure cleaning... the beds are made upon arrival. Bring your pool and shower towels. All amenities within 5 min drive. Other things to note A deposit check of €900 is required upon arrival. Shower and pool towels are not included... remember to bring your own.
