Our apartment is cozy and modern. It’s located close to Acropolis and Syntagma Square and only 3 min walk time from Metro (Neos Kosmos), which is only two stops away from Acropolis station. You can use the Tram, which is right next to the Metro, to explore the coastal neighborhoods of Athens. It is ideal for families, couples, or friends who prefer a quiet, relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests The space The apartment has been renovated in August 2018. It’s 70 sq meters on the third floor and you can access it by either elevator or staircases. There are a few stairs before accessing the elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, a cohesive space for the living room, a kitchen and dining room, a WC, and a balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds, all equipped with new mattresses to ensure a pleasant sleep. Two more people can sleep on the sofa which can be converted to a comfortable double bed. WC has a shower and a washing machine. The balcony has a view of the backyard which ensures there’s no noise coming from the nearby streets and cars. Other things to note If you’re visiting with a car or if you are renting one during your stay, we can provide an enclosed underground parking spot 200 meters away from the apartment. • We can arrange for your transport from the airport (extra fees applied).
